It was time for my mom to move into a retirement home, and this meant selling the condo that she had lived in for twenty years. My sister had referred me to Mimi and after meeting with her I felt that this was someone that I was very comfortable dealing with. Mimi provided me with lots of market information, and gave me numerous scenarios to choose from in selling my moms home. We quickly devised a plan and my moms condo was sold for an excellent price, in less time than I thought in a very difficult market!

We were really lucky to have Mimi as a realtor. She helped us navigate the market and determine not just what to watch out for in properties, but also the neighborhoods they were located in. Mimi was flexible with scheduling, communicative and able to get us in quickly for showings. Despite the crazy real estate market in the GTA she found opportunities for us to be one of the first to view properties. Ultimately we were able to purchase a property for under listing price and with a home inspection because Mimi helped us get our timing right on the offer.
